UV-Resistance Quick Cure Polyaspartic Concrete Crack Filler— PS20Two-component fast curing semi-rigid crack filler. Note: Testing at room temperature is conducted within an environment of 10℃-35℃ and a humidity of ≤85%.
Process Parameters
Material Ratio(by volume):A:B = 1:1 (Caulked by caulking gun)
Curing Conditions Cure at normal temperature for 48 hours.
Construction Process
Construction environment temperature: -10℃~40℃, relative humidity <85%.
Clean the dust, oil and other impurities on the concrete surface and in the cracks.
Install the static mixer and discard the initially poorly mixed adhesive.
Ensure even mixing of A/B components and quickly complete the injection.
Allow the material to cure for about 30 minutes for initial curing, then let it stand for 7 days for complete curing.
