To solve this problem, we did a comparative experiment on the flexibility of two products. As shown in the figure below, prepare 0.5mm thick paint film on tinplate, bend it by 1mm, and observe whether it is broken after folding in half. The environment shall be maintained at 60 ℃ and 70% RH.

Through experiments, we found that the epoxy material has embrittlement in essence, which is caused by the addition of plasticizer in the manufacturing process. The polyurea material itself has high solid and low viscosity. It does not need to add any plasticizer in the manufacturing process, and has the characteristics of rigid flexible combination.
