Polyurea Spray-on Bedliner Coating SP1200SP1200 polyurea spray-on explosion-proof elastomer is a two-component coating composed of high-performance resin and hardener. It can form a protective film on the surface of the concrete or steel structure, so as to improve the fire resistance and explosion-proof performance of the protective coating, to prevent explosion, fire and other accidents to damage the substrate. SP1200 has excellent mechanical properties, like good flexibility, good tensile strength, tear strength and elongation, wear resistance and impact resistance, strong anti-corrosion performance, good fire prevention performance, excellent waterproof performance and good heat insulation performance.

Construction Specification & Measures

1 Material preparation: if the temperature is lower than 15℃, components A and B should be heated and insulated, and the control viscosity should be less than 2000 cps.

2 Equipment debugging: the high temperature and high pressure collision mixing equipment designated by the company must be used during the construction.

3 Before spraying, check A and B hydraulic materials (2500 ~ 3000 psi). If the hydraulic difference is more than 500 Psi, we must unload the pressure and then restart it for debugging.

4 The metal substrate should be treated to 2.5 grade and coated with special primer. Before construction, ensure the spraying surface is clean, dry, dust free and shiel without spraying; other substrate should be treated according to the actual situation.

5 During the construction, the spray distance control is 50~100cm, and the second shot covers about 40%~60% of the first shot, and the travel speed effectively controls the flow hang.

6 Within 24 hours after the completion of the construction, the heavy object rolling should be avoided.

7 The construction should avoid heavy fog, rain and snow, high temperature and other bad weather.

8 The staff wear good work clothes, gloves, gas masks and other labor protection supplies.

9 The temperature of substrate should be more than 3℃ higher than the dew point.

10 Mix component B thoroughly until fully uniform before construction.

11 The unused materials should be filled with nitrogen and kept sealed.

12 The system is 100% solid content, without including any dilution agent.

13 In the confined space of the construction, good ventilation should be ensured.
